Propertymixer.com - a social networking portal for the Real Estate fraternity
We have seen many social networking portals lately in India, however this is the first time I have come across a social networking portal in India that addresses a vertical segment. Propertymixer.com is the first and the only social networking portal that is entirely dedicated to the Real Estate fraternity. It’s a portal by eNIDUS.com that provides offshore development and IT consulting services.
I don’t see anything unique in this portal. It has all the regular social networking features (however called differently) like
- Setting your profile
- Connection details (your friend’s network details)
- Create / Join Mixers (there are groups)
- Classifieds - Obviously this section has all the information about real estate classifieds
The one thing that I do not like about this site is that, you will get to see all the information only if you register in Propertymixer. To me, Propertymixer has all the basic social networking feature with Real Estate related content in it. I don’t see anything unique about this site when compared to other social networking apart from the Real Estate centered content.
